This summer there will be 10,000 fans each in the three international matches in Wales at the Stadium of the Principality of Wales.

Wayne Pivac of the Canadian team will host the Six Nations Championship led by Kingsley Jones and Rob Howley on July 3.

Then they will take on Argentina against Argentina on the next two Saturdays (July 10 and 17).

Initially, Wales was scheduled to visit Uruguay and Argentina this summer.

So the question is how do they decide whom to enter?

Phillips said, "We're working hard on this right now."

“There are many problems. We have commercial partners, we have debenture holders and we have to find a solution.

"It gets complicated.

“So we have to find out all this and what it means, there is also controversy over who is playing the game.

"You could say this isn't a home game in Wales and the club's usage rights don't exist, so we need to find out.

"Then we have to tell Argentina if this is technically an Argentinian game, what do you want?"

The candidates for the Pumas matches also have financial problems.

"But I don't want our players to be quarantined for 10 days on the return trip.

“We should fly there, so we helped Argentina fly here. Technically that's their door, and we'll have to make some arrangements for this.

'You also have TV to discuss.

"With 10,000 fans, I don't even know if we're going to make a profit, but I'm going to do it anyway because it's all about restoring the atmosphere.

"This is a start and a signal to return to normal. For me, it is more important than getting rewards.

"Wayne Pivac told, very clear that he hopes to join in an international rugby match in July, so that's the main driver.

"Wales wants to play, Argentina really wants to play. We are very lucky because England has made an arrangement with the United States and Canada so that we can play against Canada on July 3rd."
