Wayne Pivac's men top the championship list for 2021. They will welcome Canada into the game from July 3 to July 10, and then to Principality Stadium from July 10 to 17. They faced Argentina in a back-to-back match.

The test replaced the previous summer tour from Wales to Argentina, which was canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and uncertainty about travel restrictions.

After Wales started summer sports against Canada at home, the pumas are now traveling to Cardiff to compete in two tests.

Welsh coach Pivac said: "We look forward to this summer and the opportunities it brings. We are very pleased with the confirmation of the three tests."

“It is disappointing not to be able to tour Argentina, especially in the context of the cancellation of our tour to New Zealand in 2020, but in the current climate, this is perfectly understandable.

“Most importantly, we have matches, and as we have always said, this summer is a huge opportunity for us. We are very happy and proud to have the 10 players shortlisted for the British and Irish lions. Their hard work pays off, and we wish them all the best this summer.

"When those players leave, we always label this summer as our major development opportunity. This is an opportunity to bring players into this environment, observe them carefully and expose them to Test Match rugby."
