The NFL explores games in Germany; the London team doesn't play anymore?
After the COVID-19 pandemic has suspended all foreign games in 2020, the NFL International Series returns this season. Two games in NFL London in 2021. Although there is no game in Mexico City this year, the league plans to return there. The NFL also plans to expand into the European continent.

NBC Sports' Peter King pointed out that the league is very interested in the matches that will be held in Germany as early as 2022. According to Tom Pelissero of NFL.com, NFL representatives have begun to think about the location of the German game. King added that the Allianz stadium, home of soccer power Bayern Munich, could become the venue for the NFL to enter Germany, but other cities such as Berlin and Frankfurt could play a role.
Although the NFL has played its regular
season in England since 2007, no major games have taken place in the continental
Europe. The league looks at the annual German match, as well as four British
matches and one Mexican match. Germany has a well-known American football
follower, having hosted European NFL London games in the 1990s and 2000s. Five German
teams have participated in most of the competition.
Another key point: The NFL seems less optimistic about moving a team to London or putting expansion equipment there. King added that numerous logistical issues have calmed bosses about the London team's once-mentioned prospects. The Jaguars are London's most commonly cited guinea pig although owner Shad Khan agreed to allow his team to play two games each season in England, the pandemic has slowed this effort. It's not clear when the Jags will begin their two-year trip to England, but their idea of moving abroad seems unknown. Jags will against the Dolphins in London this season.
